Welcome to the Michael Anoka Foundation (MAF).
We are a nonprofit organisation dedicated to providing assistance and support to the needy through charitable programs, donations, and community outreach. By accessing our services or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of Our Services

The Michael Anoka Foundation operates with the sole purpose of assisting the underprivileged, vulnerable, and underserved members of society. Our services include, but are not limited to:
    •    Food and clothing distribution
    •    Educational support
    •    Health and wellness outreach
    •    Empowerment programs and donations

These services are provided free of charge or through support from donors, and are subject to availability and need.

2. Who Can Access Our Services

Our services are open to individuals and communities who are genuinely in need of support. We reserve the right to assess eligibility based on predefined criteria to ensure fair and efficient distribution of aid.

False representation or abuse of the system may result in disqualification from future support.

3. Code of Conduct

All beneficiaries, volunteers, and partners are expected to:
    •    Treat others with respect and dignity
    •    Use the services honestly and responsibly
    •    Follow the instructions of Foundation staff during outreach or aid distribution
    •    Avoid disruptive, violent, or dishonest behaviour

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in exclusion from the Foundation’s programs.

4. Donations and Support

Donations made to the Foundation are used exclusively to support the needy, in line with our mission. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

Donors may request a report or statement on how their contributions are used, and we are committed to transparency and accountability in all financial matters.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Michael Anoka Foundation—including outreach materials, educational resources, photos, and videos—remains the intellectual property of the Foundation. They may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

We may collaborate with third-party organisations or link to their services. While we work only with trusted partners, we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party entities.

7. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during outreach or registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or misuse your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to ensure quality and fairness, the Foundation is not liable for any loss, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of our services or participation in our programs.

9. Amendments

The Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted publicly, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
